Media and Entertainment Skills Council Joins Hands with Artistize to Generate Opportunities in Art-Media-Entertainment Space

Media and Entertainment Skills Council (MESC), a non-profit skill building organization under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has entered into a strategic partnership with Artistize, a global talent aggregation cum networking platform to help enable each other to provide skill development options and to create access to economic opportunities for art-entertainment-media industry.

The tie-up will enable MESC to use Artistize as the technology platform to empower the art-entertainment-media industry in developing requisite resources, identifying talent, provide job opportunities, freelance assignments, work projects and workshops, eventually to create as well as provide access to relevant economic opportunities for professionals from this industry.

The fact that this industry is highly unorganized in terms of talent identification and their placement, there is a dire need of an organized system to disrupt the current situation. And since this industry is growing at a phenomenal rate, the challenges it faces to fulfil the demand-supply gap of quality workforce is also increasing. The solution to both these needs is presented in the form of a joint attempt of Artistize and MESC, where they both will strategically utilize each other’s resources. Artistize with its ready high-end technology and a very large user-base of artists and artistes spanning over 165 countries will help compliment the MESC’s reach within this Industry.

Sharing the common vision of creating a new ecosystem to provide opportunities to artists and artistes globally along with fulfilling the requirements of the industry, both MESC and Artistize will help each other create and fulfil the purpose.

The tie-up between MESC and Artistize is effective immediately.
